The Physical Activity and Lifestyle Toolkit has been designed by the Royal College of General Practitioners in partnership with Sport England, to be used by primary care professionals in the UK. Any health professional concerned about their own activity levels may find the toolkit useful. The toolkit is designed to have something for all clinicians.
The handy toolkit includes condition specific resources for healthcare professionals, resources and guidance as well as tips to make your practice an active practice. It’s your ‘one stop shop’ for a whole host of useful information and resources to arm you with the latest physical activity evidence. There is also a step-by-step guide to support you with physical activity conversations in practice. The toolkit also provides helpful information on e-learning and clinical champions training programme.
