Hypothenar longitudinal scan

The patient sits, hand supinated, arm supported. The transducer is placed longitudinally over the base of the hypothenar eminence. Skin and subcutaneous fat, abductor digiti minimi muscle and fifth metacarpal shaft are clearly visualised.
