Hold a virtual event
Organising an activity you can do with friends and family online is a great way to stay connected.
It can be anything you enjoy doing! Why not test your knowledge with a quiz, hold an online coffee morning, or find out who is lucky enough to win at bingo!
Fundraising on Facebook is a really easy way to raise vital funds online. Here is how to do it:
- Follow the link to our Facebook account and click on the ‘+ Create Fundraiser’ button at the top of the page.
- Set your fundraising target and explain what supporting Versus Arthritis means to you. For example, “Help me raise money to help fund better treatments, life-changing research, and support for people living with arthritis, so no one has to face it alone.”
- Share your fundraiser on your feed for everyone to see
If you want, you can make your fundraiser more exciting by saying you’ll do something wacky or daring once you reach a certain amount, like wear fancy-dress for the day once you hit £100. Or post a video of yourself singing!
If you need help setting up your fundraising page, please get in touch. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
