Ruth Cook (Yoga Teacher) will guide you through gentle exercises to help improve mobility and gain muscle strength to support joints. Helping you to self-manage your condition and everyday tasks.
Every individual will be able to work at their own pace and within their range of comfort. There will be exercises and yoga movements both seated and standing using the support of the chair.
Ruth’s approach also includes breath work (pranayama) and relaxation practices to help restore balance to the body’s mental, and emotional wellbeing to help self-manage stress and anxiety often associated with everyday physical challenges.
These classes are free for people with arthritis, a MSK or related condition.
