Bridlington Versus Arthritis Group

Bridlington Versus Arthritis group formed in September 2021. We are a friendly group, run by two volunteers who live with arthritis, and we welcome anyone who has any form of arthritis or other MSK condition. We have healthcare speakers and others who can give advice and tips on how to self-manage our conditions. We also value the importance of social contact and support that we can get from one another, so there will be time for chat over tea and biscuits. As a new group, we welcome anyone who wants to help us with the running of the group, and we also value all attendees opinions about how the group should move forward.
