Time: 2.00pm - 3.00pm (with an extended chat to 4.00pm every third Tuesday of the month)
Burton on Trent Versus Arthritis Group
A group based at Red Lion House run by two volunteers who are qualified physiotherapists. Peer Support, Physical Activity and Information Sessions. On the third Tuesday we have extended session for chat and refreshments.
Tai Chi is beneficial for health, fitness, and well-being. Flowing, easy movements that provide protection for arthritic joints and weak muscles, without stress. Tai Chi can improve your balance, co-ordination strength and flexibility. It also helps with relaxation and breathing control and can be done seated or standing.
