Please note: The meeting for Monday, August 8th has been cancelled due to illness. The next meeting will take place on Monday, September 12th (1:30 - 3pm) with a Tai Chi taster.
Our peer support meetings are open to anyone with arthritis, MSK or related conditions e.g. fibromyalgia, lupus and gout. They provide an opportunity to share lived experiences of having a long-term condition and self-management tips, as well as participating in activities and talks on health and other subjects.
