Logo for National Voices

National Voices

National Voices is the coalition of health and social care charities in England. We work together to strengthen the voice of patients, service users, carers, their families and the voluntary organisations that work for them.

National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO)

NCVO champions and strengthens the voluntary sector.

The Department of Health’s Responsibility Deal

We're a member of the Department of Health’s Responsibility Deal. Through this voluntary programme, we work with the government and other charities, to improve the nation’s public health. We've signed up to the physical activity pledge, which involves raising awareness of the Chief Medical Officer’s guidance on physical activity.

Falls and Fractures Alliance

Members of the Alliance are working together to prevent falls and fractures and to reduce the rate of hospital admissions for hip fractures and for falls-related injuries among older people.

All Party Parliamentary Group on Medical Research

This group provides a forum and network for parliamentarians with an interest in medical research; encourages collaboration between parliamentarians and medical research bodies; and provides MPs and peers with information on developments in medical research. We support the group together with the Association of Medical Research Charities, Academy of Medical Sciences, Medical Research Council, Cancer Research UK and the Wellcome Trust.
